Best Effort

There is a girl who is an outstanding student at her school, her name is Marsha. One day Marsha was selected to take part in a science olympiad, by fighting against children from other schools.

One morning Marsha came to school excited because she knew that the day after tomorrow she would be participating in a science olympiad. When Marsha was about to enter the classroom, suddenly a voice called out to Marsha. He also turned towards the voice, and apparently he was called by his friend, Nindya. At that time, Nindya approached Marsha in front of the class.

Nindya approached Marsha because she wanted to tell her something, "Sha, I heard that you will be participating in the Olympics, right?" asked Ninda. "Yeah hehehe, why is it Nindya?" answered Marsha. After that, Nindya gave some information to Marsha, "I heard that your opponent in the Olympics will be difficult, Sha, because many people say that your opponent is cunning, he will pay the jury to get the questions later." After hearing the news, Marsha felt that she would definitely lose in the Olympics this time, because even her opponent already had the answers for the Olympics. Marsha was afraid if he failed in the Olympics this time. What he is most afraid of is, if he has tried hard to study so he can take part in this Olympics, and will be defeated by his cunning opponent.

The next day Marsha was still thinking about yesterday's conversation with Nindya. Marsha had almost given up because she felt she didn't deserve to take part in this Olympics. While he was daydreaming, suddenly Nindya approached him again. Nindya encouraged Marsha so that Marsha would continue to take part in the Olympics. "Sha, I'm sorry if because of what I said yesterday you think like this," said Nindya. "Yeah, it's okay, it's not your fault either," said Marsha. "Sha, I know you must be thinking about that, but it would be better if you got excited again to face this Olympics," said Nindya encouragingly. But Marsha's spirit is not like yesterday anymore. But after that, Nindya kept on encouraging her and said that she would always support Marsha.

It was then that Marsha thought again, if she left this Olympics everything she had worked for would just be wasted. And in the end Marsha was excited again and studied again to take part in the Olympics tomorrow. That day arrived, Marsha had prepared herself to take part in this year's Science Olympiad with enthusiasm because she had tried so hard to study. He also met his opponent named Keenan. When the Olympics started, Keenan seemed so quick to answer the questions that had been given. Meanwhile, Marsha was lagging behind in points. Marsha kept trying and always prayed so she could answer the questions. When round 2 started, Marsha was able to answer the questions earlier than Keenan. Keenan was very annoyed because he saw that Marsha could answer the questions quickly and was able to catch up with Keenan's point. And even in the final round, Marsha's points were superior to Keenan's.

When the announcement arrived, the jury announced the winner of the science olympiad. It was clear there that this year's Olympics was won by Marsha. Keenan seemed annoyed with the results of this announcement, because he had paid the jury but there was no result.

This is where Marsha concluded that if what we do is an act that is not right or devious, then we will lose to something that is done in earnest with effort and prayer. With that we will get satisfactory results when done with our own efforts.
